WELCOME TO RETIYAGAMA LAND

The project I have in mind is very similar to Ampitiya's one.

I am looking for investors who wish to invest in Knuckle's Rest in Retiyagama.

It is in the very middle of Sri Lanka, also close to the one of main tourist destinations, Kandy.

Retiyagama is a village where vegetable cultivation is done, it is located 31km away from Kandy city center. The land is surrounded by agricultural land. There is a river attached to the land and there are two waterfalls nearby.

The project is in order to build 6 apartments.

=Public bus:

• From Kandy to Retiyagama (every 1h):
  
  - in Kandy there's a big Clock Tower, from there you can take the bus called Teldeniya
  - after 25km you will get down in Teldeniya, walk 10 meters and you'll find Retiyagama bus
  - after 6km you will arrive, the land starts on bus stop.
• From Retiyagama to Kandy (every 1h):
  
  - exactly the same.
